Join Our Team: Production Associate – Bin/Inventory – Peak Season (A & B Shifts)

Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)
Shifts:

  • A Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Mon–Sat or Sun–Fri

  • B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sun–Fri or Mon–Sat
    Mandatory OT: Flexible during peak season (extra hours/weekends may apply)
    Pay: $17/hr | Paid Weekly
    Duration: Temporary (April–June), with possible long-term opportunities based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accurately process materials to correct bin locations based on work instructions

  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain smooth production flow

  • Monitor materials and parts for quality, reporting discrepancies to supervisors

  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient in compliance with safety standards

  • Pull, sort, and prepare materials for production; assist assembly as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

  • Support documentation and reporting to ensure accurate inventory and production records

What You Bring:

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders

  • Experience or comfort using hand scanners and following production directions

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work peak-season overtime

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation (limited bus access)
