Production Associate – Bin/Inventory – Peak Season (A & B Shifts)
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)

Shifts:

  • A Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday

  • B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sun-Fri or Mon-Sat 

Mandatory OT: Flexible for peak season – may include extra hours or weekend work

Pay: $17-$17.50/hr | Paid Weekly
Duration: Temporary (April–June), possible long-term based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support daily production operations by accurately processing materials to the correct bin location based on work instructions

  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory movement and ensure correct placement for production flow

  • Monitor materials and parts for quality, noting discrepancies and communicating issues to supervisors

  • Assist in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient work areas in compliance with safety standards

  • Pull, sort, and prepare materials needed for production and support assembly as required

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and keep workflow moving

  • Help with basic documentation and reporting to support accurate inventory tracking and production records

What You Bring:

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders

  • Ability to use hand scanners and follow production directions accurately

  • Attention to detail & accuracy

  • Reliable attendance & willingness to work peak-season OT

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout your shift

  • Reliable transportation (location has limited bus access)
