Quality Control Associate – Peak Season (A & B Shifts)
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus access)
Shifts:
- A Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday
- B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sun-Fri or Mon-Sat
Mandatory OT: Flexible for peak season – may include extra hours or weekend work
Pay: $17-$17.50/hr | Paid Weekly
Duration: Temporary (April–June), possible long-term based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect products to ensure the correct cover, first and last pages, and other details match specifications
- Identify and remove defective items, reporting quality issues to supervisors
- Support production by ensuring that all materials meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with other production tasks as needed to keep workflow smooth
What You Bring:
- Ability to follow written instructions and checklists accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance & willingness to work peak-season OT
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout your shift
- Reliable transportation (location has limited bus access)
