Material Handler – Full-Time

Location: Fife, WA  Schedule: Full-time, with potential for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by moving materials, loading products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. If you enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Move materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility using manual methods or a hand truck


  • Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks


  • Stack pallets and skids in designated areas


  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping


  • Support overall warehouse safety and efficiency by completing additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred


  • Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours


  • Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs without restriction


  • Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching


  • Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, lighting, and noise levels


  • Ability to navigate large warehouse spaces (over a quarter mile in length)


  • Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and holidays


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
