Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.50 per hour
Shift: 1st, Contact Center hours are from 5am-7pm, Monday-Friday, and candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift during that time.

What’s a typical day as a Bi-Lingual (Portuguese & English) Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing advanced product and service information, responding to moderately complex customer inquiries in both Portuguese and English.
- Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating with internal teams when needed.
- Handling escalated customer issues, securing managerial approvals as required.
- Developing new customer relationships via phone or in-person interactions.
- Serving as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Scheduling and tracking follow-up actions in the CRM, maintaining accurate and high-quality customer data.
- Conducting interviews with customers to clarify requirements, following detailed scripts and making comprehensive notes.
- Delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use of products and services.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are fluent in both Portuguese and English (required).
- Have post-secondary non-tertiary education.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of relevant customer support or service experience, able to work independently.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Are comfortable with digital communications, CRM systems, and learning new technologies.
- Can manage buyer concerns and objections, strengthening customer loyalty.
- Are eligible and willing to work on a contingent/temporary basis with no immediate expectation to transition to full-time.
