We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a busy mission-driven office in Minneapolis. If you enjoy being the go-to person in the office and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact at the front desk, answering phones and following up on inquiries
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating payment receipts and tracking entries
- Assisting visitors who come in to make payments or ask questions
- Taking meeting minutes and helping with follow-up documentation
- Drafting letters, including donor and donation-related correspondence
- Supporting standard reporting needs
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, including coordinating calendars
- General administrative support using Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Comfortable working independently at a front desk and interacting with the public
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Confidence with data entry, calendar management, and document drafting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Adobe Pro is a plus
