Kelly is hiring for a Logistics Specialist for a 6-month contract role at Midland, MI 48640 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Primary Location: Midland, MI 48640
6-month contract – Onsite role

Pay rate: $23-26/hr.
Mon to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job description:

  • Utilizes logistics knowledge, technical expertise and operations experience to assist in correcting process or equipment issues.

  • Resolves day-to-day operational issues while identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

  • Ensures logistics equipment meets business requirements, product specifications, and government safety standards.

  • Participates in advanced troubleshooting and coach others to learn these skills.

  • You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

  • It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems.

  • You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities.

  • You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
     

Qualifications
• University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences
• 0-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment
