Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Payrate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays

What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Technician? You’ll be:
- Conducting quality inspection and auditing of manufacturing operations, including components and finished goods
- Performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring compliance to quality standards and metrics
- Recording detailed measurement data into database systems for accurate tracking and reporting
- Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings and using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Inspecting materials for quality compliance, processing rejected products, and updating work instructions (SOPs) as required
- Collaborating with leadership and the quality team to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Operating forklifts, power pallet jacks, and manual carts to move or store materials
- Manually lifting, sliding, or flipping materials and maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years related work experience in quality control or manufacturing environments
- Can proficiently use precision measuring instruments and read blueprint drawings
- Are skilled in Microsoft Excel, including creating and manipulating spreadsheets
- Possess strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and square roots
- Are familiar with problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen
- Can accurately read a tape measure and compare measurements to specifications
- Are able to manually handle materials up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance) and work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
- Are open to working overtime as needed
