Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $14.00 per hour

L-V 8:00 a 5:00

What’s a typical day as Billing Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Contacting clients to obtain meter information for multifunctional equipment.

  • Processing data to generate accurate billing for each client.

  • Analyzing and resolving cases related to meter invoices with clients.

  • Reporting to the Billing Supervisor.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience using common office equipment such as computers, printers, and calculators.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Preferably have data entry experience with a high attention to detail, especially in billing or any other finance-related area.

  • Show strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear collaboration with internal and external personnel at all levels.

  • Hold basic knowledge or a technical course, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Windows, and Outlook.
