Position Overview
Seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and build out the HR function. This is a high-impact, standalone role with future opportunity to grow the department and add direct reports.
This role will oversee all HR operations, partner with leadership, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions across a growing workforce (100+ employees; 50–60 hourly)

  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a compliant, positive work environment

  • Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment

  • Administer FMLA, workers’ compensation, and leave tracking

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, labor laws, and government regulations

  • Chair the Safety Committee and oversee safety initiatives

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training programs (including compliance training)

  • Maintain HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and reporting

  • Partner with leadership on performance management and development

  • Assist as backup for payroll processing

  • Prepare and submit required government reports (EEO-1, AAP, etc.)

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of HR management experience (manufacturing industry experience required)

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices

  • Experience with benefits, employee relations, and performance management

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)

  • Government reporting or contract experience is a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
