? $21.21/hr | ? 3rd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
? 12-Month Contract

Ready to take your aerospace career to the next level? Join a team-oriented environment where you’ll support the production of high-quality aircraft components using advanced autoclave systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate autoclaves and auxiliary equipment for curing and bonding aircraft parts

  • Assist with loading/unloading tools, racks, and assemblies into autoclaves

  • Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines for processing

  • Support tool prep, breakdown, and cleaning of cured parts

  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment following FOD and 5S standards

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of aerospace experience (composites, bonding, or autoclaves preferred)

  • Experience with tools, forklifts, or overhead cranes is a plus

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturing procedures

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
