Pricing Coordinator
Pay: $28/hr
Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule 8:00 AM–6:00 PM work onsite in Nashville Tuesday-Thursday; WFH Monday and Friday

Job Summary:
Supports North America pricing teams’ ongoing operations by planning, executing, and improving routine and project-based activities with limited supervision.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and contribute to periodic and recurring activities such as marketing events, price and product analyses, and communications (e.g., publications, newsletters)

  • Update and manage reports, trackers, and dashboards; identify and implement process improvements

  • Manage selected systems and databases, including access, maintenance, troubleshooting, and moderation tasks

  • Own resolution of routine operational inquiries from stakeholders, channel partners, or vendors related to systems, processes, and tasks; coordinate internal responses as needed

  • Gather, compile, and analyze information through research and draw data-driven conclusions

  • Outline presentations and communications; compile content in collaboration with others

  • Lead portions of well-defined projects as needed

  • Train new employees and serve as an informal resource for colleagues

  • Support other duties as assigned

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Support internal (sales team) and external customers (via emails, voicemails, calls)

  • Research and troubleshoot issues; communicate findings and follow through to resolution

  • Process new account rebate requests

  • Take primary responsibility for monitoring and managing both Pricing & Rebates shared inboxes

  • Review and approve rebate center registrations

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (as relevant to applicable regulations)

  • Position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanction regulations

Experience:

  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills acquired through education, training, or previous roles

Additional Notes:

  • Role requires flexibility to shift priorities and adapt to changing demands

  • Will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
