Pricing Specialist
Pay: $32/hourly
Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule 8:00 AM–6:00 PM work onsite in Nashville Tuesday-Thursday; WFH Monday and Friday

Job Summary:
Produce and distribute pricing information through electronic media and catalogs. Maintain a library of analytical programs and implement pricing changes across the company and customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate pricing data in order management and rebates systems, including account setup and data verification

  • Monitor pricing execution and price realization

  • Participate in and implement price adjustments; make recommendations for product variant pricing

  • Support and contribute to pricing improvement projects and analytical projects (competitive products, market assessments, commodity cost indices, etc.)

  • Create reports and analyses as needed

  • Provide direct, prompt assistance to customers through phone, email, fax, and letter

  • Maintain confidential information appropriately

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Support internal (sales team) and external customers (emails, voicemails, calls)

  • Research and troubleshoot issues, follow through to resolution, and communicate findings

  • Process new account, amendment, and dealer switch rebate requests

  • Process retro and exception cases, and rebate credits

  • Manage accounts daily

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting, or related business field required

  • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
