What’s a typical day as Human Resources Investigator? You’ll be:
– Investigating workplace complaints by taking statements from employees and preparing comprehensive case files, which includes interviewing the complainant, witnesses, and the person of interest (POI).
– Maintaining appropriate documentation for investigations and managing employee data with the utmost confidentiality.
– Supporting salaried personnel and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements for employees.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess 5 or more years of experience conducting complex employee investigations, including case management and interviewing.
– Have 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong typing skills to accurately document employee statements in real-time.
– Are flexible with your schedule to accommodate evening or weekend investigations, and are comfortable working onsite at the Chicago Assembly Plant.
