What’s a typical day as a Sales Support Representative? You’ll be:
- Supporting all sales activities for assigned accounts or territories, reporting directly to the Sales Support Team Lead
- Presenting products and services to potential and current clients, and securing client commitment
- Monitoring product and service delivery, advocating for client needs within the organization, and ensuring timely, quality solutions
- Following up on new leads and referrals from marketing initiatives and independently identifying new sales prospects
- Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, and developing sales materials
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitive landscape
- Covering the Sales Rep support phone line and handling front line requests through the Sales Support queue
- Assisting with FIMS troubleshooting and support, maintaining FIMS AIF, and acting as a SME for FIMS system enhancements
- Overseeing order fulfillment, resolving client concerns, and preparing status reports
- Utilizing SAP and Excel for reporting and support functions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience in sales support or a related field, with advanced Excel and SAP skills (must-have)
- Possess knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills (must-have)
- Demonstrate comprehensive thinking skills and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment (must-have)
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and supporting internal sales representatives
- Have experience with FIMS system and acting as a subject matter expert for enhancements (preferred)
- Are available to work 8:00am to 5:00pm EST hours (must-have)
