Job Title: Temporary Associate Manager, Trade Marketing 
Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid – 2 days in office/week)
Pay Rate: $26.37/hr (flexible, based on experience)
Employment Type: 6-month temp-to-perm, full-time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9–5 EST)

About the Role:
Join a dynamic Wholesale Trade Marketing team as a Temporary Associate Manager and play a key role in driving digital marketing projects that elevate the customer journey. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, support the adoption and optimization of innovative digital tools, and develop impactful communications and training materials. This position offers hands-on project management experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—plus the chance to convert to a permanent role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and track digital marketing projects, measure KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and global teams for seamless marketing initiative execution.

  • Develop and deliver marketing support, insights, and training materials.

  • Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to influence tool development.

  • Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for digital tools.

  • Ensure digital tools are smoothly integrated throughout the customer journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or project management.

  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings.
