• Overtime as needed, including weekends

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician I to join our team in Mukilteo, WA. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, maintains high accuracy, and follows established processes and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and ship orders based on pick lists and job orders
  

• Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging to ensure accuracy
  

• Select items from inventory and prepare for assembly or shipment
  

• Perform inventory back-counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  

• Assemble kit shells and internal components according to specifications
  

• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and assign products
  

• Package orders securely for shipment
  

• Palletize and shrink wrap completed orders
  

• Handle cold shipment packaging for specific production lines following protocols
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
  

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  

• 2+ years of related production, warehouse, or fulfillment experience
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

• Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures (preferred)
  

• Comfortable using tools such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, box cutters, and scanners
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
