Production Associate
Pay Range: $19.50–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (Overtime and occasional weekends as needed) Experience Required: 2+ years Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Location: Mukilteo, WA
Job Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and ship orders according to pick lists and job orders

Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging
-
Select items from stock and prepare them for assembly or shipment
-
Perform inventory back?counts to maintain accurate stock levels

Build kit shells and assemble internal components per specifications
-
Use handheld scanners to scan invoices and assign products to designated areas
-
Package orders securely for shipment
-
Palletize and shrink wrap orders
-
Handle cold?shipment packaging for the Generals production line following company protocols

Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
-
Legally authorized to work in the United States
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to stand for most of the shift
-
Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures (preferred)

Ability to safely use hand trucks, pallet jacks, box knives, ladders, tape dispensers, and tape guns

Knowledge of safety protocols in a production environment (preferred)

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Warehouse environment

Travel less than 10%
-
No special physical demands beyond standard warehouse duties
