Location: Wilsonville, OR Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Full?time
About the Role
The Material Handler supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations. This role ensures materials, supplies, and finished goods move efficiently through warehouse, production, and distribution areas. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain accuracy, quality, and on?time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities

Prepare, QC, and ship finished goods according to SOPs, ensuring accuracy and on?time delivery.

Pack, ship, receive, and maintain inventory of products and raw materials.

Examine, stock, and distribute materials throughout inventory and production areas.

Process purchase orders and support material flow for multiple labs across the company.

Assist with QA assessments and discrepancy reports related to material handling.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace following 5S principles.

Communicate clearly with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and support workflow.

Support continuous improvement of the quality system and contribute to quality objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Background in high?volume manufacturing or production environments.
-
Experience with order fulfillment (pick/pack/QC/ship), ideally with custom products.

Working knowledge of international shipping, booking shipments, and inventory control.

High school diploma or GED.
-
Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strongly Preferred
-
Experience with MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
-
Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or Lean Manufacturing environments.
-
Training or certifications in CAPA, HAZMAT, Chemical Hazards, Forklift Operation, or Safety.
