Fleet Maintenance Specialist
Location: 3101 S Packerland Dr, Green Bay, WI 54313
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (3rd Shift)
Pay: $20–$22/hour

Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to support our drivers when equipment issues or breakdowns occur. In this role, you will serve as a key contact, providing guidance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our fleet remains safe and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and messages from drivers regarding truck and trailer issues
- Provide troubleshooting and temporary solutions while following DOT regulations
- Diagnose breakdowns and coordinate repairs and diagnostics with external vendors
- Review and approve detailed repair estimates
- Create and update work orders and track repair status
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical degree in diesel technology preferred, not required
- Minimum 1 year of diesel or automotive repair experience
- Basic computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
