NOW HIRING: Quality Inspectors – 4 Open Positions! | Up to $22/hr
Join our growing, fast-paced manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector! We are seeking FOUR skilled Quality Inspectors to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Competitive pay up to $22/hour based on experience. Immediate openings!
Work Schedule:
- Static 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off
- 12-hour shifts: 6am – 6pm
- Enjoy long weekends and consistent work-life balance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality compliance
- Use precision tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain records
- Identify/report defective materials and assist with corrective actions
- Support production team with quality troubleshooting
- Verify processes against standards and work instructions
- Assist with quality checks, LPA’s, and root cause analysis
- Ensure rejected materials are properly labeled and documented
- Maintain a clean workspace and calibrated equipment
- Adhere to all safety and quality management system procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training/certification in quality inspection preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control highly desirable
- Familiarity with inspection methods and measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills for recordkeeping
- Effective communication with production/supervisory staff
- Capable of standing/walking for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule
