HIRING NOW: Quality Technician – 1 Position | Up to $31/hr DOE | Monday–Friday Days
Advance your career with us as a Quality Technician! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Quality Technician for our busy manufacturing operation. Competitive pay up to $31/hour depending on experience. Long-term growth and development opportunities!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- Occasional shift rotation may be required as we operate 12-hour, 7-day/week shifts—flexibility is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Assurance inspections and audits on outgoing finished products
- Record inspection, audit, and process control data accurately
- Perform Layer Process Audits and incoming material inspections
- Communicate, clarify, and educate quality standards to production teams
- Ensure all rework materials meet customer specs
- Reduce/eliminate defects and drive corrective actions in collaboration with team members
- Calibrate measuring and inspection equipment
- Investigate customer-reported quality issues and identify root causes
- Promote customer quality expectations throughout the facility
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in quality management, engineering, or manufacturing preferred but not required
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently
- Computer savvy (MS Office proficiency)
- Flexible to work schedule changes as needed
