NOW HIRING: CNC Operator – 1 Position | Up to $25/hr 
Join our manufacturing team as a CNC Operator! We’re seeking a reliable and skilled operator to run precision CNC machinery, ensuring products meet the highest standards. Competitive pay up to $25/hour based on experience. Immediate start!
Schedule:

  • Static 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off

  • 12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm

  • Enjoy longer weekends and regular work-life balance!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and finishing

  • Monitor machine tasks and make necessary adjustments for optimal production

  • Package finished products safely and efficiently

  • Apply lean manufacturing tools and methodologies

  • Maintain clean and safe workspaces (work area, floor, benches, storage)

  • Inspect finished units for quality standards and accuracy

  • Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Experience on vertical/horizontal milling machines, HAAS CNC lathes preferred

  • CNC programming skills are an asset

  • Able to read/interpret engineering drawings and check dimensions

  • Proficient with G-Codes and CNC Milling operations

  • Experienced with material handling and safe manufacturing practices

  • Computer literate (documentation, operating systems)

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability

  • Excellent communicator, team player, dependable

  • Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Adherence to PPE and all safety standards
