Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$23/hour

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
– Blowing all holes in buckets and nozzles to clear any residue inside.
– Loading and washing all blown parts in the part washer.
– Filling out all BOT related to each part and each work order.
– Maintaining tools and measuring instruments supplied by the company.
– Reporting unusual problems or conditions to your supervisor.
– Observing company safety rules and regulations.
– Performing other similar or related duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
– Can lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
– Are willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
– Are willing to wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
– Can successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
– Are a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and protected individuals) as this role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government export restrictions.

Desired Characteristics:
– Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
– Possess strong ethical standards and integrity.
– Have experience in manufacturing (preferred).
– Exhibit reading comprehension skills to understand work-related documents.
– Follow written instructions and take verbal instructions for multiple assembly tasks in a manufacturing shop environment.
– Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.
– Be able to work with computerized shop floor tools.
– Be a strong team player with flexibility to move to different areas.
– Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
