Paint Prep Associate (Springtown, TX)
Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking a Paint Prep Associate for a heavy machinery manufacturer in Springtown, TX. This is a temp to hire opportunity. The role is onsite. The schedule is M-F, 7am – 3:30pm with the potential for OT.
This role is responsible for wiping, sanding, and inspecting all parts to be painted as well as plugging and masking all parts. Other required tasks include blowing water, shot blow of area, and operation of overhead hoist to hang parts. Must have a High School diploma or GED, a valid drivers license, and some knowledge of forklift or tractor.
You will serve as an integral member of our client’s onsite operations.
This organization is a well-established industry leader with a brand-new facility in Springtown, TX. Pay is $19.65/hr along with enhanced medical/dental/vision insurance benefits, a PTO package (accrued time and holiday pay) and 401(k) option. Apply today for immediate consideration!
Job Requirements:
• 6 plus months of plant/assembly experience, highly preferred.
• Small engine, automotive, or heavy equipment experience, highly preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude for tools/mechanical ability, if lacking plant/assembly experience, required.
• Self-starter, reliable, with team player mentality, required.
