Logistics Analyst I
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
May require after-hours or weekend support.
Pay Rate: $25.92/hour

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial trucks or machinery within warehouses, storage yards, factories, construction sites, or similar environments.
  

• Responsible for safely moving product loads around the facility.
  

• Inspect product loads for accuracy; ensure timely and complete delivery.
  

• Drive vehicles and operate lifting devices (such as forklifts and hoists) to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
  

• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes—manually or mechanically—and secure items for transport.
  

• Exercise moderate independent judgment, with direction from a supervisor.

Must Haves:

• Previous experience in logistics/transportation, preferably in air and small parcel shipping.
  

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
  

  • Excel: Knowledge of frequently used formulas.
    

  • Outlook: Effective communication.
    

  • PowerPoint: Ability to create and lead recurring reviews with freight forwarders.
    

  
  

• Self-driven, strong problem-solving abilities, clear communicator, and able to work independently.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
  

• Candidates with completed degrees are preferred, but a degree is not required.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of logistics/transportation experience preferred.
  

• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience is preferred for some positions.
