Now Hiring: Forklift / Order Picker Operators for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – Cummins (Fridley, MN) $500 bonus after 30 days

Kelly Services is partnering with Cummins Power Generation and we have immediate openings! If you have forklift or order picker experience, this is a great opportunity to join a top industry leader.

Pay & Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: $20.00/hr (Mon–Fri, 7AM–3PM | 5AM start on OT days)

  • 2nd Shift: $21.60/hr (Mon–Fri, 3PM–11PM | up to 1AM on OT days)

  • 3rd Shift: $21.60/hr (Sun–Thurs, 11PM–7AM)

  • Overtime: Saturdays as needed (2–3 per month)

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate forklifts and equipment (order picker, reach truck, etc.)

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately

  • Load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse

  • Inspect and organize inventory

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of forklift/order picker experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment

  • Comfortable working at heights (up to 30 ft)

  • 18+ years old
