We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operators to work at a Bausch & Lomb in Clearwater, Florida.

Long Term Position
NIGHT Shift – 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
6:45pm to 6:45am
$16.50/hr when working Monday through Friday
$18.00/hr when working Saturday or Sunday
What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be:
- Making intraocular lenses by following instructions and set standards
- Doing tasks like molding, shaping, polishing lenses, checking finished products, and helping with packaging
- Checking that products meet quality guidelines
- Following safety rules and regulations, including those set by the FDA
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Have one or more years of manufacturing-related work experience
- Have knowledge of clean-rooms specific to proper clean-room behavior (preferred)
