What’s a typical day as Test Technician? You’ll be:
- Performing detailed hand painting of small subassemblies using brushes, needles, or other fine applicators.
- Working under a microscope for extended periods to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspecting painted components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety and contamination control protocols.
- Tracking and documenting production activities, including quantities completed and defects identified.
- Collaborating with quality and engineering teams to address process improvements or defects.
- Handling delicate components with care to prevent damage during processing.
- Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
