Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30/hr

Shift: 1st

What’s a typical day as Test Technician? You’ll be:

  • Performing detailed hand painting of small subassemblies using brushes, needles, or other fine applicators.

  • Working under a microscope for extended periods to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Inspecting painted components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Maintaining clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety and contamination control protocols.

  • Tracking and documenting production activities, including quantities completed and defects identified.

  • Collaborating with quality and engineering teams to address process improvements or defects.

  • Handling delicate components with care to prevent damage during processing.

  • Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
