Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.85/hr CAD
Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What’s a typical day as a Logistics Specialist? You’ll be:
- Inspecting, receiving, and safely storing incoming materials, cards, collateral, and supplies according to logistics and quality procedures
- Following security protocols for receiving and shipping goods, including controlling vault access
- Accurately performing inventory transactions in the ERP system and generating required records and paperwork
- Handling daily mailing duties, including sorting, packing, tracking, and dispatching mail and related documents
- Investigating and resolving shipping, receiving, mailing, and card issuing issues as needed, escalating to management when appropriate
- Operating material handling equipment and forklift (training provided) and participating in daily inventory management
- Supporting team harmony, HSE and 5S initiatives, and reporting unsafe acts or security violations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong math skills (required)
- Are comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Possess a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and are detail-oriented
- Are organized, have a sense of urgency, and can make sound decisions
- Can work independently and as part of a team, with good references and work history
- Are able to operate (or willing to be trained to operate) material handling equipment and a forklift
- Can lift up to 50 lbs daily
