Retail Merchandising Sr Manager – Hybrid (NYC) | $52.75/hr
Are you an experienced retail merchandising professional with a passion for apparel and accessories? We are seeking a Retail Merchandising Sr Manager for a 3–5 month maternity leave coverage at our NYC office (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite/week).
In this role, you will:
- Lead buying strategy, assortment planning, and product allocation for Apparel, Footwear & Accessories (AFA)
- Partner with global and local teams on collection development and drop management
- Oversee inventory reporting, field team activities, and end-of-season sales/markdowns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Distribution, Operations, Finance, and more to drive retail success
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in retail planning, buying, or merchandising (apparel experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in retail, finance, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical, Excel, and merchandising systems skills
- Excellent communicator and team player
Details:
- $52.75/hour, 40 hours/week
- Temporary, 3–5 months
- Hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite at 420 5th Ave, New York, NY 10018)
