Job Title: Document Scanner
Location: Columbia, Maryland
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Document Scanner to join our team. The primary responsibility is to scan documents into electronic files and sort these files appropriately. The ideal candidate will be reliable, diligent, and capable of standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Scan paper documents into computer files
- Sort and organize scanned files in digital folders
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of digitized records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Perform quality checks on scanned files
- Keep workspace organized and follow company’s filing practices
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in document scanning or clerical work (preferred, but not required)
Shift & Compensation:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Pay: $21 per hour
