Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20.00 + per hour DOE

What’s a typical day as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• The first point of contact for all companies operating out of our office building, warmly welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Managing front-desk activities, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, as well as taking messages.
• Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and presentable, while providing accurate information in person, via phone, and through email.
• Creating flyers and social media posts, as well as planning small company events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong administrative support and relationship skills, with a pleasant phone voice and polished customer service abilities.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to understand and follow industry-specific directions.
• Are proficient in computer literacy, data entry, and office skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Additional Details:
• Monday to Friday schedule, hours are flexible.
