Kelly Services is partnering with a dynamic organization to find an Office Manager to support the office personnel and CEO in a unique and multi-faceted environment. The office oversees a diverse portfolio that includes operating businesses, real estate assets, and external investment positions. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role by handling scheduling, communications, and project management across varied entities and investments. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and emails efficiently.

  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files.

  • Prepare presentations, conduct analyses, and generate reports.

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Oversee coordination for maintenance and repair of buildings or assets.

  • Delegate tasks effectively across various teams.

  • Track phone extensions and manage office resources.

  • Book private aircraft, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.

  • Assist with confidential correspondence and communications.

  • Maintain discretion and uphold strict confidentiality in all matters.

  • Support special projects and assist with investment and board coordination as needed.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as designated by office staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of office management experience, preferably in complex, fast-paced, or high-net-worth environments.

  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

  • Strong organizational, anticipatory, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated high level of discretion, maturity, and emotional intelligence.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to find innovative solutions for logistics and travel.

  • Strong comprehension skills and the capacity to anticipate upcoming needs.
