? Location: Phoenix, AZ
? Pay Rate: $20.59/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: 2-month contract
? Work Setup: Onsite
?? What’s a typical day as an Accountant? You will:
Provide administrative and financial services support to the Financial Services division.
Process EFT authorizations, stop payments, and warrant tracking activities.
Manage deposits and maintain agency inventory records.
Process invoices and ensure proper financial documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and reports.
Support daily financial operations and provide backup assistance as needed.
Perform data entry and assist with various clerical accounting tasks.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and organize financial information effectively.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Notepad, and email systems.
Experience with data entry and clerical or accounting-related tasks.
Preferred:
Experience working with accounting or banking systems.
Financial data analysis skills.
Knowledge of lean management principles.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Some college education.
