We’re seeking a Machine Operator III – Front End Loader to join WestRock in Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33315.

- $22/hr pay rate, full-time 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM rotating days
- 5-month temporary assignment, possible contract-to-hire
- Hands-on experience with loader operations, material handling, and yard organization
Daily responsibilities:
- Feed baler infeed belt and sort line, manage material piles, and handle incoming loads
- Keep work areas clear and organized
- Perform equipment checks, basic maintenance, and housekeeping
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Front End Loader experience (not forklift or pallet jack)
- Completed loader operator training and certified assessment
- Ability to meet physical demands and communicate effectively
- Steel-toe boots required first day; other PPE provided
