We’re seeking a Machine Operator III – Front End Loader to join WestRock in Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33315.

  • Operate heavy equipment safely in a fast-paced production environment

  • $22/hr pay rate, full-time 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM rotating days

  • 5-month temporary assignment, possible contract-to-hire

  • Hands-on experience with loader operations, material handling, and yard organization

Daily responsibilities:

  • Feed baler infeed belt and sort line, manage material piles, and handle incoming loads

  • Keep work areas clear and organized

  • Perform equipment checks, basic maintenance, and housekeeping

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Front End Loader experience (not forklift or pallet jack)

  • Completed loader operator training and certified assessment

  • Ability to meet physical demands and communicate effectively

  • Steel-toe boots required first day; other PPE provided
