About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support procurement and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, systems, and process improvement initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting purchasing documentation, and assisting with ongoing projects tied to contract management and ERP systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to procurement and operations teams

  • Maintain and organize data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

  • Assist with purchase order tracking, reporting, and documentation

  • Download, filter, and analyze contract data to ensure alignment with SAP

  • Identify data discrepancies and follow up with appropriate stakeholders

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and Word

  • Update procedures, templates, and internal documentation

  • Support document management, filing, and workflow tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

  • Assist with process improvements and ongoing project initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of administrative, coordination, or purchasing experience

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required, including:

    • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

    • Filtering & sorting large data sets

    • Identifying inconsistencies and outliers


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, flexible timing)

  • Initially 100% onsite, with opportunity to move to hybrid schedule:

    • In-office: Tuesday–Thursday

    • Remote: Monday & Friday


Interview Process
