Bakery Tray Handler– 4 Day Work Week | Weekly Pay
Location: Rochester NY

Kelly Services is currently hiring Bakery Tray Handler for a leading food distribution company supporting major quick-service restaurant brands. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a consistent schedule and growth potential.

Pay: 19.65hr
Schedule:

  • 4-day work week ( Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and Wednesday  are off 

  • 10-hour shifts 6am-4pm

  • 20–40 hours per week (based on volume)

What You’ll Do:

  • Sort, stack, and organize bakery trays as they come in

  • Load and unload trays from trucks or conveyor systems

  • Assist as needed in other work areas

  • Clean and sanitize trays for reuse

  • Stage trays so they’re ready for distribution

  • Keep your work area clean and organized

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, physical role

  • Must be comfortable working in multiple temperature zones, including refrigerated and freezer areas

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull consistently throughout the shift

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long periods

  • Able to work in cold environments, including freezer conditions at times

  • Reliable and able to keep up in a production-style environment

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
