Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Denton, TX
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift Work
Schedule: Monday – Friday 2pm – 11pm
About the Role
Join our fast-paced food production team in Denton, TX as a Packaging Machine Operator! We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for efficiency. If you thrive in high-energy environments, enjoy working across multiple stations, and have a knack for troubleshooting, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed packaging machinery efficiently and safely
- Rotate between workstations on the line as needed, adapting quickly to new roles and tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and line issues to maintain steady workflow
- Maintain product quality, ensure correct packaging, and minimize downtime
- Follow all safety and quality standards in a food production environment
- Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating packaging machinery on a high-speed production line is required
- Proven ability to perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on machines
- Willingness and ability to flexibly move between stations and tasks—and enjoy doing so!
- Steady, reliable job history (candidates with a strong track record are preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
