Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 based on experience
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Procurement Specialist II? You’ll be:
– Executing tactical purchasing activities to maintain optimal inventory levels for ophthalmic products and production lines.
– Managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) workflow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
– Creating, modifying, and tracking purchase orders using ERPLX and PeopleSoft systems.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 2 years of previous manufacturing purchasing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, or medical device industry.
– Demonstrate experience working with ERP systems and possess a solid understanding of P2P processes and procurement best practices.
– Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. A college degree is preferred.
