Be a Key Part of Our Team!

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to help keep our food production facility running smoothly and efficiently. This important role supports our team by ensuring a clean, organized environment—so we’re always ready for customer visits and great daily operations!

What You’ll Do

  • Support the organization and cleanliness of all facility spaces, including the production floor, meat room, bathrooms, and break areas.

  • Take charge of organizing our meat room to meet high GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

  • Build and maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure every area stays tidy and presentable.

  • Prepare the workplace for customer visits, ensuring our facility always meets high standards.

  • Regularly check inventory and make sure the production team is equipped with all necessary gear and supplies.

  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or production environments is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!

Why Join Us?

  • $20.00 per hour, paid consistently

  • 2/2/3 schedule (7am – 7pm) for a healthy work/life balance

  • Become an essential part of a friendly, supportive team

  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance

  • Staff discounts on our products

  • Play a hands-on role in a leading food production company

  • Make a big impact on our daily operations and customer impression!
