Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Location: TORRANCE CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.50

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and order processing activities, assist with returns, and maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wave processing throughout the day, categorizing and releasing orders generated from one system to another (first wave at 9 AM, last wave at 5 PM)

  • Print and send daily dropship orders to vendors via email and mail; process returned shippers in the HOST system

  • Assist the Senior Inventory Analyst with EPO/IDR returns, including part inspection, data entry in Excel (with LPN barcodes), and handling shipment and core return refund requests

  • Maintain accurate office filing related to all shipments

  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure timely processing and problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or inventory management (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software (e.g., Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as HOST) and order processing systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

  • Capable of inspecting, handling, and shipping parts and physical documents

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
