Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a Contract-to-hire position at our client, an innovation-driven organization supporting the manufacturing and development of clinical and commercial supplies. Title: Logistics Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $35/hr: Plus Full Benefits including PTO

FT or PT: Full-Time, Contract-to-hire

Location: Remote/US

Logistics/Supply experience MUST be with a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Biotech Company

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clinical and commercial goods are distributed on time, in full, and in compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, maintaining customer data, and coordinating with third-party logistics providers. You will analyze inventory and distribution reports to uncover cost savings and quality improvements, assist with production planning, and support evaluation of logistics and packaging solutions. The position also requires effective stakeholder relationship building, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field

  • Minimum three (3) years’ Biotech supply chain or logistics experience, within pharma or medical devices

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

  • Experience using Smartsheet (preferred)

  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

  • Current IATA Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials certification is desirable, but not required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
