Office & Operations Management

  • Support insurance and vendor coordination as needed

Stakeholder & Event Coordination

  • Interact professionally with executives, clients, and business partners

  • Support networking events, meetings, and business development activities

  • Assist with presentations, communications, and follow-up coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • Sales-oriented mindset with interest in business development and lead generation

  • Excellent research and analytical skills

  • Professional communication skills with confidence interacting with senior leadership

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience required

  • Experience supporting sales, business development, marketing, or operations strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
