Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Director, US
Location: New York, NY (Manhattan) – Onsite 5 Days/Week
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually

Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to Director to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, business-focused environment. This role combines high-level administrative support with exposure to business development, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident interacting with senior-level professionals, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Secure meetings and prepare detailed meeting briefs using research and internal resources
- Coordinate meeting logistics and track follow-ups and action items
- Draft internal meeting minutes and client-facing reports
- Support travel planning, expense reporting, and administrative processes
Office Operations
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
- Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on facilities, HR, and operational matters
- Process financial transactions, analyze expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures
- Assist with budget tracking and planning
- Support procurement, vendor management, and business continuity initiatives
Market Research & Business Support
- Conduct online research on companies, industries, and market trends
- Identify and track potential business leads and stakeholder contacts
- Support business development and relationship-building initiatives
- Assist with event coordination, reporting, and data analysis
- Develop insights to support engagement strategies and outreach efforts
Qualifications
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or similar tools preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with senior executives and stakeholders
Experience
- 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Experience in business operations, sales support, or marketing is a plus
- Exposure to international business environments is a plus but not required
