Customer Service Representative – Logistics & Warehouse Operations (Day Shift) – Pooler, GA – $16.50/hr

Now Hiring: Full-Time Day Shift Customer Service Representative!

Join Outsource Logistics in Pooler, Georgia, as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a full-time, day shift position—Monday to Friday—with competitive pay at $16.50/hour. We’re seeking candidates with experience in customer service, logistics, call center, office administration, and/or warehouse support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, issues, and shipping requests via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Maintain and update customer account records in our computer systems (WMS) and software platforms.

  • Receive, process, and verify all inbound and outbound freight shipments for accuracy.

  • Accurately enter orders into Warehouse Management Systems (Camelot, Navis experience a plus).

  • Communicate with shipping and warehouse teams regarding shipment status, inventory, and issues.

  • Manage and reconcile inventory data, ensuring accuracy across all records.

  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Support coworkers and help cover tasks during peak times, absences, or as needed.

  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment in the Customer Service department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred but not required.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, call center, administrative, office, or logistics environments.

  • Logistics, warehousing, or shipping industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • Strong organizational, communication (verbal & written), and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS); experience with Camelot or Navis WMS a plus.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle standard calculations.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, handle problem-solving, and work both independently and in team settings.
