Job Title: Project Manager – Strategy and Transformation
Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid: 3–4 days/week in-office, no exceptions)
Employment Type: Full-time, 12 months (potential for extension)
Pay Rate: Up to $67.53/hr
About the Role:
Join our team as a Project Manager driving business transformation and integration projects. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across departments—Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Sales, and Marketing—to deliver strategic initiatives that fuel company growth and competitive advantage. This is a hybrid position based in NYC, offering the opportunity to lead major projects in a collaborative and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex business integration and transformation initiatives from planning to execution.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as the main liaison between business units, senior leadership, and project teams.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable commercial plans using data-driven insights.
- Drive effective change management and ensure successful stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate commercial, operational, and financial milestones across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management in integration, transformation, or M&A environments.
- Experience with complex, cross-functional projects within a matrixed, global organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
