Job details
Order Picker – 1st Shift
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (30-minute lunch)
- Occasional overtime as needed
Pay:
- $17–$18 per hour
Job Duties:
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Some light stocking as necessary
- Pull approximately 20 orders per day
- Use a cart to gather items from the warehouse section
- Select a variety of small items (e.g., screws, smaller parts), with a focus on precision over full-case handling
- Communicate effectively—both in writing and verbally
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience in order picking (RF experience not required)
- Able to move quickly but remain detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to climb a 4-foot step ladder when needed
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills helpful
This position involves active walking throughout the warehouse to pick items for each order. We’re seeking someone who is efficient and values accuracy, with strong communication and attention to detail.
