Are you ready to jumpstart your warehousing career?  Kelly is currently recruiting warehouse workers for our client in Romeoville, IL.

Why should you consider a position as a Warehouse/General Labor Associate? 

  • Shifts:  Full time position 

    • 1st Shift: 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. - $16.00 Per hour: Weekly pay.

    • Mid Shift – 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. – $17.00 per hour: Weekly pay.

    • 2nd shift – 2;30 p.m. – 11 p.m. – $17.00 per hour : Weekly pay.


  • Monday – Friday schedule

  • Contract-to-hire Job Opportunity 

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse/ General Labor Associate? You’ll be: 

  • This is a COLD room environment with temperatures at 37 degrees and below 

  • Inspecting/Quality Control of food products  

  • Make, shrink wrap, and pack pizza.  

  • Must be able to stand entire shift

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.s – Lifting could be repetitive

  • Perform with best effort as indicated by the production line pace

  • Adhere to all GMP’s (Good manufacturing practices) such as hand washing practices and adhering to the employee hygiene plan.

  • No experience necessary – just a positive team player attitude and desire to work and learn.

You may be a good fit for this position, if: 

  • Work standing or walking for long periods of time  

  • Work in cold refrigerated and frozen storage conditions

  • You can lift up to 50 lbs; Lifting could be repetitive  

  • Able to push/pull loads using manual and/or electric pallet jacks

  • Work at a fast pace efficiently

  •  Work while bending and squatting
